The ecoENERGY evaluation process involves two separate evaluations. A pre-retrofit evaluation takes place before any upgrades are completed and is used to assess the current conditions and make recommendations for improvements. The post-retrofit evaluation takes place after the upgrades are completed and is used to document upgrades and file the grant application.
FEE SCHEDULE
pre-retrofit evaluation....................$325.00
post-retrofit evaluation..................$150.00
The Province of Ontario will reimburse 1/2 the cost of the pre-retrofit evaluation up to a maximum of $300.00 to the homeowner.
Payment are to be made at the time of the evaluation. We accept cheque, visa and mastercard. We would prefer to not accept cash for the safety of our Advisors.
