Insulation is a core compontent of the your buildings environmental envelope.  Proper levels of attic insulation will reduce the heat loss in winter months and heat gain in the summer.  A well insulated and well ventilated attic will protect your roofing materials, Heat escaping from the attic can cause serious ice dams that may back up and cause leaks into your home.

Insulating exterior walls of your home will ensure your building envelope will transfer as liitle heat as possible.  Your engergy consumption is greatly affected by your homes level of insulation.  Our insulation technicians are trained to identify and correct ventilation issues, mould and vermiculite detection and testing and removal.

For attics we recommend and install Owens Corning ProPink blown fiberglass insulation in attics.  Owens Corning insulation is fire rated and is guarenteed not to settle more than 1% of the total depth for 20 years!  This is a greenguard certified product rated for use in residential homes, hospitals and daycares.  ProPink is encapsulated fiberglass.  As such is comfortable to touch.

Mould is a common problem with poorly insulated or vented attic.  We offer mould resistent fogging for your attic.  Our fogger mists a chemical which when drieds on surfaces it leaves a clear air tight coating that is certified to kill existing mould and resist furure mould growth by leaving a antibaterial coating.

Our Certified Air Quality Testers provide mould identification and removal.  Asbestos testing and removal services are available for up to level 3.
